Booking and Pricing
Please phone or e-mail us to make sure we are available for the date of your function. If speciality balloons/ribbon is required please give us as much notice as possible, although if you need balloons in a hurry contact us as well - we will always try to fit you in!!We require a £20 non-refundable deposit to ensure your booking. This will be deducted from your final invoice.
We usually find it better to meet you at your venue for a FREE consultation. There are hundreds of balloon/ribbon designs so this gives us a chance to show you our portfolio. We can then discuss colour themes and arrangements that will work best for the room - and FOR YOU. However, if you already know your exact requirements you can book your order by phone or e-mail.
Approximately 6 weeks before your event will contact you to see if you want to make any alterations or add anything on. After this we will send you an invoice. Please ensure this is paid at least 14 days before your function.
YOU NEED DO NOTHING ELSE!!
On your big day we will personally deliver to and decorate your venue to your requirements.
